“Really recommend hiring Sarah as a florist! I still remember so well when I first called her and was a little nervous as I was behind hiring the vendors, especially the florist. I felt that she really understood my vision and that I was in really safe hands. The flowers she delivered were beyond gorgeous, which really added so much to the overall beauty of our wedding and really heled us capture the overall autumn theme for the event. The flowers are also really gorgeous on the photos taken by our photographer Jamie. I especially fell in love with the bridal bouquet. Ever since working as a maid in a hotel when a guest left behind a bouquet with white roses and hydrangeas which I got to keep, I've had this dream of having something similar on my own wedding day. This dream was something I also mentioned to Sarah and she brought it to life in such a lovely way that I simply didn't want to let go of the bouquet when it came time to throw it. “The perfect match was a new place, recommended by our friends and it was a very pleasant surprise! The food was top notch, the wine pairings complimented the dishes impeccably, the service was perfect and the overall experience certainly worth the price. We chose the a la carte menu but we will be going back for the taster menu very soon. 2 starters, 2 mains with 2 side dishes, along with 2 desserts with their desert wine pairings went for around £70 pp which for the experience and quality was beyond worth it.”

“Came here after reading reviews. We ordered wonton/ dumpling soup, Beef ho fun, salt and pepper tofu and mixed vegetables. The dumplings and wonton are huge in a well flavoured broth. The beef ho fun was nice. Loved the salt and pepper tofu. It was very light and crunchy. The ladies working there are very friendly and nice. A lot of Asians come here so you can tell it’s good food. Very extensive menu for a small eatery I would book at busier times. We came late afternoon. Next time will come earlier as they had already run out of roast duck and char Siu”

We asked her to do our wedding flowers and I was so vague with my brief as I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted- I just knew they had to be bright! “Visited here today and had a great meal. The Gurkha beer is really nice, I told myself I'd only have one as they're 660ml but I ended up having 2 as they were so good. Ended up having the mixed main as a starter but if I went again I'd just have several portions of the lamb chops, the rest of the meat was very nice (quite spicy for anyone worried about spice) but the lamb chops were amazing. Had the duck masala main and the lamb Gurkha curry, would highly recommend the Gurkha Curry it was fantastic, the duck was nice it's different than most Curries so if you want something more aromatic it's something to try. Bread was nice, poppadoms nice and the chutneys were good too. Between 2 of us spent £77 but had separate sides, rice's and effectively 3 main courses and a couple of beers/soft drinks so I'd say it was good value for the quality and quantity of meat. Give it a try, you won't regret it.”

“Probably the best day-time café-style eatery in the Salford area. I'd be hard pressed to find anywhere better west of Manchester Centre! A family-run business with bags of character; Paul and Sarah are really friendly. By the time you've been a couple of times, all they ask is 'Usual?'. They are open from 7:30am for breakfast. By late morning the variety of food on offer is immense, including a really nice tapas menu, staying open for tapas till 4pm. Paul is a full-on chef who loves his trade, constantly adding superb dishes and making suggestions when he has found something new that he thinks you'd like. They love looking after folks, and will even open for a party if you book it with them. Highly recommended.”
