“Hi I’m Iain, I’m in my 50’s and have had difficulty with my trauma for most of my life, in relationships and with my own Polaroid of my life. I’ve been working with the Skylight Healing Room (SHR) remotely for some time now, I moved to NZ from the UK 8 years ago, and now I’m in Oz, but one thing has remained constant, my work with SHR. I was lost, I was angry, and my self esteem was nonexistent. I was repeatedly making the same relationship mistakes and experiencing self destructive tendencies more frequently than I would have liked. My trauma was literally killing me. I didn’t know where to start or how to save myself. It started with a simple conversation with Silvia, which then grew in to a deep exploration of my soul, Silvia made it so easy to decompress, to communicate, to let go and grow.. we had endless conversations about human design and the psychology and anthropology of the human and spiritual condition. My sessions with Silvia weren’t just a text book regurgitation of methodologies, they were real time boundless excursions into my personal experiences and how the universe has shaped my experiences. I received endless personal support which continues today and Silvia’s approach doesn’t come from some self involved, entitled diva… it felt and still feels like a spirit guide on my shoulder, guiding me and giving me permission to explore my self consciousness and find my own answers…. “Called in a month ago and asked about washing machines. I didn't need a fancy one, no bells and whistles with a million programs so got the cheapest one in the shop. Very reasonable price and delivered free due to the short distance from the shop and even removed my old washer at a lower price than what every other outlet wanted for removal (£20-30). Washer works fine, it's moden and even has a few flashing lights, great friendly customer service and competitive prices, couldn't fault them one bit.”

“I’ve been coming here for six months now and began as a completely inexperienced novice. It was probably the best decision I’ve ever made- not only to pick up the hobby but, to have found this brilliant studio! Everyone is so lovely, encouraging, supportive and just wonderful. The instructors do a fantastic job of maintaining a very welcoming, safe and fun environment whilst also ensuring techniques and tricks are adapted to every individual’s skill level. They’re always patient and you never feel silly for asking questions or for extra demonstrations, they’re open to suggestions and encourage collaboration and feedback. If you’re new to the hobby, or looking for a different studio; I cannot recommend Asteria Studio highly enough!”

“Our cat Ruby has just returned after her top class stay! The rooms are beautifully decorated and set out with cat's behaviour in mind. Helen is extremely knowledgeable and intuitive about cats and what they need. I was kept well updated about how Ruby was getting on, including, cuddles and playtime and how she was eating. She came home contented and happy. I particularly like that she couldn't see other cats, which would normally stress her out in a standard cattery. Wouldn't hesitate to book her in again. “I cannot recommend Nosheen at Bolton Road Dental Practice highly enough. From my initial consultation, I felt completely at ease, all the team were professional and genuinely caring and every step was explained thoroughly. I had braces followed by composite bonding and the entire process was flawless from start to finish. My teeth look completely natural yet beautifully enhanced and for the first time in years I smile happily and with confidence. If you are considering braces or cosmetic work this is the place to go! “Outstanding pub. Situated a twenty minute walk, depending on fitness, from Kearsley train station. Walk is downhill there but obviously uphill back. Easily accessable from Farnworth by bus. Child and dog friendly. Lovely country pub decor, with a main room and little quieter nooks at the front. Bar is small so there will probably be queueing. Said to be one of the top five pubs in Bolton area and I heartily agree. I had a wonderful chilly con carnie and my wife had the cheese and onion pie, she said it was the best homemade cheese and onion pie shes ever had in a pub, amazing chef & staff and we should know because weve been in quite afew. Car park and beer garden at the back. Beautiful setting”

“I ordered a single sofa bed which is great, but my 5 star review is for the Dunelm delivery service. Dunelm narrowed down the delivery slot to a 3 hour window the night before which was really helpful. Then on the day the driver called me one hour before to let me know their approximate delivery time, again so helpful! My chair was delivered by two really friendly people (I think they were called Sam and Dan, I didn't write their names down so hopefully I'm right). They were quick and efficient. They found my building immediately and the correct entrance (it's a large, old mill) without issue, this rarely happens. They also brought the chair in to the building and lift with no problem or complaints. It's honestly the quickest delivery of furniture to and in to my building I've ever experienced. I would definitely order large furniture to be delivered again from Dunelm.”

“Just had a child's party here, very good all staffed made my daughters party fantastic, we privately hired and had the gold package and all kids got a slushy with there food and they loved it. It took the stress out of sorting the party I just had to turn up and everyrhing was done the cake was sliced up party bags done. The place was very clean before they party and they kept onto throughout our stay, after the party it was cleaned up very quickly for the next. Loads of seating lots of space and didn't feel crowded, would give 10/10 for this place and would recommend for a child's party place at a very good price for what we got ( we think so)”
