Sure enough we got a call on Thursday to ask if the quote was OK and detailing what the problem was. It was OK. Got another call three hours later telling us it was fixed. “Very decent budget hotel. Can’t fault the location. Right next to the train station. But I parked in a very new looking multi-storey NCP a 2 minute walk away. There’s also a handy Sainsburys Local next to the car park. Fairly standard Express room. But everything was in good order and very clean. Nice big walk-in shower with great water pressure. Breakfast quality was very good for this class of hotel and the 2 ladies running the breakfast service were very friendly and efficient.”

“Annual Christmas party. The staff are lovely and really helpful. Food was tasty and piping hot considering there was 75 of us to be served simultaneously. Loads of car parking spaces. Good bus routes into Stockport/Manchester”

“The staff are fantastic at this hotel. I stayed with my dog and nothing was too much trouble. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. There was a bit of noise from some of the other rooms but nothing too bad. Mainly young people enjoying themselves so it quietened down after a minute or so.”

“Brill. Chris' knowledge and explanations were great. Have an issue with stomach for a long time. Reflux, pains, vomiting. Had the acupuncture points treatment for my stomach. Im sore in places right now, but definitely feel easier with breathing. Had aches and pains in places for years and never understood why they never went like in my upper back on the left side. “Overall I always have a good experience at Ethos Dental, excellent Dentist and receptionists, my only small complaint is, sometimes the unavailable waiting time, with people late etc, on my recent visit I was a 09-30 appointment, checked in and sat down waiting, I could see the surgery door open and chatting/laughter coming from there, expecting to be called any minute but no, another guy came in 5 minutes after me, the previous appointment, he went in virtually as he arrived, to my mind he should have been made to wait and I should have been seen before him, so I presume that's why appointments run late. “I started going to Chester Road dental care approximately 2 years ago along with my 3 children (1 x 7 years and 2x 4 year olds). From the start all staff have been kind, welcoming and patient. My dental care has been really straight forward but my 3 children have a bit more challenging. Initially all 3 were nervous and would only stand in the room and not even sit in the chair or open their mouth. Lisa recommended coming every 3 months to slowly build their confidence. We have been doing precisely that and now all 3 sit in the chair, have their teeth checked and even have the fluoride paint on their teeth! We have now moved to 6 monthly check now that they are a lot more comfortable with the process. They all love coming now. Thank you to Lisa and the team for their patience and understanding.”

“My filling broke on my tooth days before going on holiday. Phoned Poynton dental practice on the Saturday evening and was given an appointment midday Sunday. On arrival was greeted by the dentist who was friendly and polite. He explained everything about the treatment on offer and let me decide for myself. I decided to have it refilled and will have it capped at a later day. I was given the choice of music to be played in the back ground while the procedure took place. The staff were very friendly and helped me feel at ease. I am very happy with the service and would recommend Poynton Dental service to anybody.”

I was seen by Malcolm and his dental nurse Paul, who were both very efficient and made me feel at ease straight away.
