“Amazing hygienist team!! 8 weeks ago I went to see Caroline, I had lots of inflammation, tartar and excessive bleeding from my gums. I was given a thorough explanation of what was happening and actions to take. Caroline was very clear and obviously loved her job, I was told if I did what she advised we would clear up the issues. 8 week follow up and I was given star pupil status! I did what Caroline told me, there is now no bleeding, my gums are in great condition, next hygienist appointment in 6 months!! I cannot thank Caroline and the team enough. They made me feel very comfortable. Would highly recommend.”

“I have had a genuine fear of the dentist since being a small child. I can honestly say Sarah, who I have seen several times now, has made me feel so reassured and at ease. I am not the easiest patient but I've even managed to have an extraction out there, rather than going to the hospital under a general anaesthetic, as I have done in previous years. I don't know the name of her dental assistant but together they are fantastic and couldn't be happier with this practice.”

“Wasn't expecting much following the reviews on here, but make a judgement for yourself as I found the staff and the hotel to be pleasant- some of the guests less so! I stayed for work over a period of a few days, and it's clear that its the same staff every day from reception open till close. Im unsure if they are also the owners but it gives a very 'family run' style feel that is comforting. After my first night, I was asked how I was coping with the warm weather and to be sure to ask if I needed anything. I was also periodically asked how the room was, and felt extremely safe as a female travelling solo. The hotel is on a main road, but is neighbouring a nice residential area and a church, which gives it a peaceful feel. The amenities in the room are fantastic, the fridge and microwave honestly looked brand new. I'll be honest in that I brought antibacterial wipes to clean the sides following some reviews, but the wipes were as clean as they were fresh out of the packet after wiping down all the surfaces. While the room itself is a tad dated, it has more character than your standard travelodge! Honestly a great hotel with pleasant staff. Can't fault it and honestly wish I was working in the area again to return!”

“We have been registered here for 4 years, and especially for children, we are usually able to get appointments on the same day. For adults, appointments may take a bit longer, but overall, things move quickly compared to the rest of the UK. Everyone is very friendly and organized. “I’ve been using Everest Pharmacy for just over a year now, and I honestly can’t fault the service. The whole team is kind, professional, and always willing to help. Whether I’m popping in to collect a prescription or calling up with a question, they go out of their way to make sure I’m looked after. The blister pack team especially deserve a mention — they’ve helped me out so many times over the phone, always patient and ready to sort things quickly when I’ve had questions or needed support. It’s really reassuring to know they’re just a call away. My dad also collects his medication from here, and since he only speaks Arabic, I really appreciate how the fair-skinned lady always takes the time to help him in a respectful and kind way. That personal touch makes a huge difference to our family. The young guy at the front is constantly on the go — always working hard, polite, and with a smile on his face. The young lady at the counter is just as lovely — always cheerful and welcoming. And the trainee pharmacist is fantastic — knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly passionate about what they do. It’s not an easy job, but the team at Everest Pharmacy make it look effortless. I’m genuinely glad to have them as my first stop for any health needs.”
