“Mayfield Park is a unique little gem in Manchester!! It’s not very big, but it offers lovely seating areas and is great for a relaxing walk. Especially beautiful around sunset when the lighting in the park comes on and adds a cozy vibe. There are quite a lot of security cameras around, which might bother some. Other than that it’s Manchester’s most beautiful park!!!”

“An internationally accessible haven of tranquility providing escape from the city. Dunham Massey is a brilliant green area south of Manchester, well conectes to Manchester airport. A range of flora and fauna make for a wonderful nature trail and forage, or a humble walk passively absorbing the natural landscape including forested areas and open pastures featuring abundant wildlife. On our visit most of the amenities were closed due to a met office weather warning, but this didn’t stop us exploring the vast grounds in peace. They often talk about calm before the storm, but rarely the calm during the storm- which is what we experienced due to the lack of fair weather crowds. I can imagine on more typical days tje cafes and visitors centre complete this experience with a warm drink or a hot soup after a brisk autumn stroll. I look forward to experiencing these on a future visit.”

“Really nice lil cafe, friendly staff, the coffee here is amaaaaazingly good a must try also the food looks top drawer!!! Chris and his partner the owners really nice down to earth people, if your in Uppermill pls go find this lovely lil hidden cafe entrance is on the front and go downstairs really well appointed estab sit on the river and forget about the daily grind also some under canope seating if the weather's not the best.”

“This is a lovely little cafe on Pepper Road Industrial Estate and you can takeaway. I had a mango and berry smoothie and a sweet chilli and cheese panini. Both were absolutely delicious! Will definitely be coming back! The staff are also very friendly and welcoming.”

“I attended my first ever Hollywood wax today and was recommend beauty and bubbles by a friend who has been going for years. I was incredibly nervous. The staff made sure I was Welcomed. I had my wax with haley. And I could not reccomend her enough! She was so kind,professional and catered to me even though I was nervous she made me feel at ease and gave me a pain free wax. However I thought a little more could’ve been removed and I put all of this on an another review and she called me and asked me if I wanted to come back and have what I wanted removed. After a bad experience with another salon, Simi immediately put me at ease and we discussed what I needed so a treatment plan could be put together.
