When Pack & Send collected them they informed me that they were insufficiently packed and provided photographs which showed how woeful the packing was. They offered to unpack the items and repack them correctly and when I received them the other end I was extremely pleased with how well they were packed. You could have dropped the box and the items inside would have been fine. High quality service.”

“I had a problem with the starting of my Ford Transit. I rang Chris last Friday and he slotted me in yesterday Monday. Chris and his friend diagnosed it to be a diesel pump problem in the fuel tank. They fitted a new pump and a headlight bulb , I picked it up tonight, starts lovely now. This is the first time I have been to Chris and his friend but if I have problems in the future I wouldn’t hesitate to go there . The work was carried out very professionally and very reasonable and added to that two really nice genuine people. The staff were so friendly and offered to try and polish the scratches out, the scratches are now barely visible and did this completely free of charge, which they didn’t have to do.
