“Due to my son having additional needs I pre -booked an appointment with this store for a shoe fitting for my son before they opened. He has autism and really struggles with busy places and loud noises. I was so grateful to Jane for helping me sort this appointment out as it's always been a challenge to get him measured for shoes. I usually do it at home myself which was always very difficult. She reassured me on the phone that she would get him all sorted and I certainly did. Jane and Liv were amazing with my son, Liv was able to get him measured for the first time ever in a shop and it was amazing how they both engaged with my son and made it a great experience for him and us too! I honestly can't recommend this store enough! They were amazing! We will 100% be returning when he needs some more shoes. Thank you so much to Jane and Liv :)”

He was on his own on the shop floor and it was really busy, but he handled everything amazingly – calm, polite, and courteous with every customer. Even under pressure, he took the time to help me properly, made sure everything fit well, and gave great advice. Really helpful and patient throughout.
