“I visited the Aldi store today around 12:30 with my 9 month old baby strapped to me in her carrier. I had to get quite a lot of shopping and it’s always more challenging when I’m carrying my little girl and bending, packing and lifting the bags. The employee at the Crown point Denton store Tracy I believe her name was (dark brunette hair), was honestly so unbelievably kind to me. Straight away she helped me pack my shopping and actually did it all for me so I could catch a breath and focus on my baby, she packed all my bags and then even came out from her checkout to place them into the trolley for me. I didn’t ask her for help and that’s what’s so amazing about an employee like that, she went the extra mile and made my visit special. There was people behind me and that didn’t phase her at all and she didn’t rush me or leave me to struggle. It’s kindness like this that makes a store and a young mums day. Massive thank you to this lady, hope to see her again x”

She went above and beyond—helping me find some medication that was almost impossible to track down, suggesting a brilliant alternative when one item was out of stock, and even bringing me a basket when she noticed my hands were full. “Absolutely loved our experience at Sweet Diner in Denton! The burgers and shakes were amazing—great quality and bursting with flavor. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. We ordered a strawberry sherbet but didn’t quite enjoy it, and without any fuss, they kindly replaced it with a vanilla ice cream free of charge. Such a thoughtful gesture! Highly recommended for great food and exceptional service!”

There's free parking right outside the door and you are on a retail park with plenty of other shops so there's something for everybody the staff are great in Wilko very helpful and seem to know their stuff. Its great One Stop Shop for all the family for our ages.”

“So many sofas to choose from !! Wayne introduced himself to us and left us to look around, no pushy sales pitches but very informative. We bought the sofas and had them delivered 2 weeks later ( our choice as we were decorating ). They arrived an hour ago and they're perfect. Very happy with the price, the service instore and the delivery guys were fantastic, polite and friendly. We cannot fault this company”

“Today I have been to river island, the kids section .I have been assisted by Shaun who was absolutely fabulous, he was fast efficient and really helped me to find the specific item I looked for my daughters.He was kind , and very dedicated to his job , being very polite all time even if my toddler was not at her best behaviour. He was tidying , serving, rushing to the cashier and with a lovely smile on his face. This is the kind of employee you want to have in your team. Also he went extra mile for me as my toddler throw away her shampoo toy with stitch design, and I was happily impressed when I come back couple of hours later to the store he recognised me and said ‘Let me guess you come for the stitch toy ☺️’. Thank you very much for your kindness today. Well done. Defintely coming back to this shop as staff is always nice ☺️”

Dropped my car off at the car hire place and Gemini picked it up from there, good communication throughout and it was delivered back to the car hire place so minimal trouble for me. The repair looks to have been done to an excellent standard. Very happy with the service they provided. Edit to add... a problem has arisen since the car came back, the insurance company is looking into it.”

I went here to see the pharmacist for my Yellow fever vaccine which I had booked in advance from their website. They were very polite and explained stuff to me well.
