“I was given a fuel voucher by my electricity supplier as I was struggling at the time. I've been to this shop on 3 occasions and I was unable to collect my fuel voucher as a lot of the staff don't know how to process fuel vouchers although the staff are friendly they should be trained to use the paypoint machine. Unfortunately I've been left without electricity on 3 occasions. Head office please train your staff properly!!! You get paid to have paypoint machines in your shops but yet only a couple of staff know how to use them efficiently rubbish really”

They are like 9 miles away from me and the latest they've ever been was like 10 mins after, I phoned the shop and he turned up like there and then haha. The delivery guy has been awesome both times, amazing food, and food is still warm and delicious especially within it being so far away. Couldn't recommend higher.
