“If you compare the service you get here and the price you pay to ANY major furniture store it’s crazy that people would shop elsewhere. Myself included. I bought my sofa from IKEA a few months ago, £1,300, 2 weeks to deliver and had to pay £70 for someone to assemble it a week later. Just bought a better quality single seater out of here for £135, delivered, set up and even helped get it in by moving my desk on the SAME DAY. “I've had my mattress for 3 month. Before I've had it my sleeping efficiency was never above 65% and could never get more than 5 hours of sleep a night. It used to take me over 45-60 minutes in bed to get a sleep. “We found the design process easy and informative, and compared to other kitchen providers the cost was transparent upfront, no Wren style 80% off sale that ends if you walk out the door without signing, and this transparent pricing helped us decide the right value mix for our budget. There were some issues on delivery but after a little prodding e-kitchens now appear to be working hard to resolve these. I give 5* on the basis that the after-sales care will continue to focus on replacements. If circumstances change then I'll update the review. Overall, if you are looking for a competitively priced kitchen that arrives preformed with soft close doors fitted then e-kitchens is recommended.”
