“Recently had a Titan 2 Bed frame delivered by TVBedStore, Mark and his colleague dropped off the bed and took it up the stairs. They worked extremely hard to get it up but unfortunately new builds don’t allow enough room to get the frame up! With a bit of patience and persistent from the pair, they managed to get the frame up the stairs and into our Bedroom. Mark set the Bed frame up and put our televisions in it. The service Mark has provided along the way has been nothing shy of spectacular. Not only would I recommend the prices advertised by this company, but also the service provided is phenomenal. Can’t recommend this company enough, they will do everything within their power to get your bed into the correct position. (Just make sure you measure the route to the room to make sure it goes, some of these beds are gigantic).”

I ordered on 22.04.25 and my sofa bed and kitchen dining were delivered on 25.04.25. Other shops have waiting times of 6-11 weeks. Had I not ordered my beds already I would have got them from here. “What absolutely brilliant service from Annie at the Trafford Centre Branch. I don’t live near a Lakeland so it was just easier to call and speak to someone about my hesitation on buying a high price item and enquiring what kind of guarantees Lakeland provide. Annie reassured me and explained everything so well and answered all of my questions; I had way too many. The customer service I received was exceptional, Lakeland have found themselves a great employee here. No doubt if I ever go in store there one day, I’ll know who to speak to. “Well like many people I ordered and then read the reviews. I was worried like hell. I need not worry. I received email confirmation, followed by a phone call from Hamza who was brilliant and put my mind at rest. Delivery was scheduled for 3 weeks. I received a phone call from Premier who delivered and another call from Hamza. It arrived on time, extremely well wrapped. All sections and absolutely fantastic quality. “Try before you buy. Physical store. We already had an idea of which two mattresses we wanted to try out due to the help we recieved from Stewart on the Live Chat the night before. Stewart had already produced two quotes which we took into the shop and were met by Jake. He showed us where the two mattresses we wanted to look at were within the store but also suggested a mattress we'd never have otherwise have considered (Tempur Pro Plus Smartcool Mattress) which is not the coil spring mattress type we've always had. We actually preferred the Tempur once we had tried lying down on it in the shop so bought that. Jake was very respectful of the fact that it was Stewart who had been our first point of contact and the reason we came into store and so the managers of both sales assistants were made aware that it had been a joint effort in order to service us. Overall so far a very good experience. Product is being delivered 10/11/25 with a 40 day sleep trial so if we just do not get on with the new mattress we can exchange it. We paid a bit extra to have our old mattress removed/recycled and the delivery charge for the new mattress includes delivery to a room of our choice so they'll take it upstairs.”
