“We have been here twice. The first time was last year and there was quite a long wait time, but the staff were great. When we went this time, the wait time was much less and the staff were outstanding, you can tell that they care about their patients and are very patient and understanding. I can’t thank the Dr enough as she did everything to make sure that my Daughter was well and went above and beyond to treat her after she was poorly. We were there for a number of hours, but we were made comfortable and this made it easier. What an amazing job they do there.”

“We have taken the kids a few times and more recently attended a Peppa Pig party to celebrate my son and daughters 3rd birthday. The place it's self is a little small but has a lot to offer we particularly like it because of the sensory room which offers a clam environment for my son. The twins also enjoyed the interactive room and the main soft play area which is great for young children. The food in the cafe is very nice offers both hot and cold food. “Very decent budget hotel. Can’t fault the location. Right next to the train station. But I parked in a very new looking multi-storey NCP a 2 minute walk away. There’s also a handy Sainsburys Local next to the car park. Fairly standard Express room. But everything was in good order and very clean. Nice big walk-in shower with great water pressure. Breakfast quality was very good for this class of hotel and the 2 ladies running the breakfast service were very friendly and efficient.”

“Came in yesterday at around 7 to grab some food and a quick drink with a friend, Keira on the bar was lovely, very friendly, chatty & pours a lovely pint! Despite having a queue at the bar she still managed to keep a smile on her face and give every guest the best & quickest service possible. She even told us about a great deal on the restaurants app for two for one on the cakes, which we used to get desserts for when we was finished! The food was amazing, we had a farm giant burger and a mixed grill. Wonderfully cooked and presented! Will definitely be returning here!”
