“Amazing home cooked food, such great balanced flavours and truly delicious, healthy menu. Tasted like real Eastern European cooked in the home, which is actually what the lovely host told us: all cooked by his wife. Unbelievable desert, nothing was too heavy, but rich and layered tastes. Wine didn't disappoint either. Looking forward to trying again!”

“Amazing food. Came for the first time last night ordered the King Prawns (biggest and best I’ve had) and a mixed grill and wow the meat was cooked beautiful so soft and flavourful. I’m already thinking of when I can come back.”

“My son and my daughters birthday treat. We didn't book, thee restaurant was busy and we were asked to wait a few minutes whilst a table was being prepared. I ordered the pan fried Salmon, the better half ordered the chicken sizzler, the birthday boy ordered the bang bang and the birthday girl a Chicken burger (yes she's your typical 11 year old. The foodwas geat topped with excellent service from Asad. He treated the birthday twins to the best cheesecake I've ever tasted and a Brownie. Food 10/10 Service 10/10”

“Intimate little restaurant serving fabulous food, all cooked on order by owner and Chef, Mandy. The paella is the best I have ever tasted but don't forget to check the specials board as well. When everything is so good it's ideal that it's tapas, perfect for sharing with family and friends. Menu prices are very reasonable and as it's BYOB, you save money bringing your own alcoholic drinks. (Edit ; they charge that small an amount for corkage i never even noticed until they replied to this review) Friendly, attentive staff in a lovely relaxed atmosphere complete the picture, making this one of my favourite places to bring the people that I love. x”

Every bite was delicious, and the sides complemented the meal beautifully. “Had an amazing time at Hawksmoor Manchester. The team’s hospitality was spot-on — friendly, genuine, and made us feel really well looked after. Started the evening with a few cocktails at the bar, which were fantastic. The steak was the real highlight — perfectly cooked medium rare, juicy, and full of flavour. Honestly one of the best I’ve had in a long while, and I’ve been to quite a few steakhouses! Lovely ambience too — perfect for a relaxed date night.”

“I had such a fantastic experience dining at Tribez, From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and inviting, with a perfect balance of comfort and style. Its a very quirky place which is exactly what me and my kids like. The staff were attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was just right throughout the meal. Somebody arrived in a wheelchair and staff were very helpful, even helped move furniture so the lady could sit exactly where she wanted. The food was outstanding — beautifully presented and full of flavor. I especially enjoyed the half chicken which was cooked to perfection and had such a fresh, vibrant taste I went for lemon and herb, my son had zinger burger and he ate the lot, asking if we could come back again, my other son had a children's chicken burger,which he demolished along with our sides of onion rings, peri peri rice and coleslaw. Portions were generous without being overwhelming, and every course felt thoughtfully prepared. What really stood out was the attention to detail, not just in the food but in the overall dining experience. Whether you’re looking for a casual meal or a special night out, this is definitely a place worth visiting. I’ll absolutely be returning and recommending.”

“Went here last night for a family meal and I have got to say it was the best steak that I’ve had for a very long time and it was cooked to perfection. All of the food was stunning, mahou on draft and the service was exceptional. Very polite, attentive and they went the extra mile to do everything they could do to accommodate my mum in a wheelchair! “Excellent food and service. Steaks were delicious. And the chips were really nice. Just one slight bug bear. They automatically added the service charge to the bill. So if you don't want to pay their service charge you have to tell them to take it off and then pay your own service charge. Surely the point of a service charge, or tip is that the customer gets to decide what they want to pay depending on the service they've had.”

“First time visit to MC on Gemini park in Warrington. We were definitely not let down by some fabulous food, professional staff and allround stunning dining experience. My sons 18th birthday lunch, we covered steak, pork tomahawk, grilled salmon and calamari. All wonderfully cooked and presented. Excellent staff service who made the lunch a pleasure to eat there. “Great pub, great food. Been here a few times to dine all of which were great, most recently yesterday. Staff are friendly and helpful and always accommodating. The pub area is dog friendly with a log fire warming the pub, the restaurant is in the conservatory. Not been in the beer garden but it looks very spacious. The food is slightly more expensive than other pubs however the quality of food, venue and service justify this fairly.”

“The black pudding scotch egg starter was something special, though I didn't finish the piccalilli (it was nice, just over powering). The steak was really really good, i had the rib eye and they cooked it well with a good crisp outside. All in a great meal, pricey but worth it”

“I didn’t have high hopes for this place after reading some of the reviews posted here. However, we booked it as part of a ‘Date Night’ package with the Macdonald Hotel and I have to say I was actually very impressed with both the food and the service. I ordered fish and chips and my husband ordered the burger. My fish and chips was possibly the best I’ve ever had at a restaurant - perfectly cooked fish with the chunkiest chips I’ve ever seen! It came with a generous dollop of tartare sauce which was absolutely delicious. My husband’s burger also looked yummy - a proper thick juicy burger, well garnished and with a decent portion of fries. The waiting staff who served us were very polite and efficient too. I don’t think there’s anything I could find fault with. If I had to be picky about anything I’d say the air conditioning was possibly a bit on the chilly side but it didn’t make our evening any less enjoyable.”
