I’ve dealt with the manager before and he was very pleasant and professional. “Genuine honest and caring people. I live in castleford west Yorkshire and ordered flowers from them by mistake as there's a barkers local to me. They showed care by getting in touch to see if there was a problem with collecting and i explained my error so they gave me a refund which I wasn't really entitled to. The next time I'm ever in the area I'm going to buy some flowers from them and thank them so much for the understanding they showed.”
