Chelsea, the vet, gave a thorough examination and talked through any concerns and asked regarding Poppy's general well being, once happy with her, she was given her booster and some medication. Cost was within what I had budgeted for and wholly happy with our visit, as was Poppy whose tail never stopped wagging.”

“I’m pretty sure that Peter & co saved Roxy’s life - and I cannot thank him and the staff more for that. At almost 17 years old, this hip dislocation was never going to be easy but as you can see, she’s up, weight-bearing and walking outside on her own for toilet time. After every sleep (and there are many at her age) we are seeing an improvement. Check up at Chipping Norton Vets tomorrow afternoon and I’ll report back. Not out of the woods yet but so far the hip is staying in place and apart from a little confusion when her leg occasionally gives way she’s making a remarkable recovery. Thank you once again. “We can’t recommend Beech House Vets enough. When we had to use their emergency service, they literally saved our dog’s life. They kept us reassured with updates and even sent photos throughout the night. We truly don’t know what we would have done without them. The love, care, and compassion shown by every staff member to both the animals and their owners is unmatched. We’ve now officially registered both of our dogs with them and, while we hope never to need the emergency service again, we have peace of mind knowing they’re there if we do.”

“I'm reviewing for a 2nd time. We took blanche into animal trust because our previous vet found a growth on her ovary that required urgent surgery. The original vet quoted an outrageous sum for the surgery whereas animal trust were much more affordable. During the surgrey they've found an enormous tumour which the first vet missed. The options were thoughtfully and honestly talked through with me by the wonderful vet Brandon. We decided to attempt removal there and then, clear in the knowledge that had her cancer spread they wouldn't be able to help her. After a nail biting hour wait, I received the call I was hoping for - Blanches tumour has been removed and they've saved her life. The after care and follow up calls have been absolutely outstanding and we've felt so reassured by the care given to Blanche by this vet. This will now be her forever vet and we look forward to continuing to use their services. I really can't thank Kirsty, Brandon and the rest of the team enough!
