“Our dog got attacked and sadly needed to be put to sleep. Vets 4 pets did everything they could to help her but unfortunately the wounds suffered where to severe. We could clearly see the team and Nile care about the wellbeing of animals who end up in their care. They treat our companions in such a humanely manor and therefore I would highly recommend this practice to anyone who has a family animal in need of help. Thank you for looking after our Sadie and doing everything to save her life.”

“I can't thank the staff enough at Vet Care Bolton. Our little dog has had various health issues since we got her but recently she has been having a really difficult period of ill health. The vets are kind and compassionate and as a pet owner I feel listened to. Nothing is too much work and they give brilliant advice. The nurses are wonderful as is Rosanne the brilliant Client Care Manager. What has been a really stressful time recently has been made much easier for us as a family as a result of the care provided by the staff at Vet Care. “It is excellent, helpful staff, dentists, receptionists. They always will try and sort you out if you are a current patient in an emergency or if you have an important problem. I have been going there since Norman Brindle, then Mark Wall work and Marc Schupak bought it out and then the My Dentist Group. I have been going there about 42 years + and I always feel happy. The Wonderful caring loving special Dentist I see is Zainab Ali. I had to have an extraction a bit ago, it was a wisdom tooth that needed going . I have gum problems because of my prescription medication for epilepsy, that tooth made my breath smell more intensely worse, the only person I felt safe with to extract this was the superb. Zainab Ali who always seems To go beyond the call of duty and will always help you. Mel Thompson always tries her best to fit me in she is wonderful kind loving helpful and totally professional. I have known Mel since she started, with me I have known her for 25 years +, and it is funny as I know if she is down and upset and she knows the same with me. The practice manager Gemma is wonderful and like mell will always helpyou Due to the high impact of appointments and sometimes the lack of NHS Dentists. It is advisable and essential that you treat the reception team and dentists and staff with dignity and respect as if you treat them the way you want to be treated it would be lovely. NEVER be frightened of going as you always are put at ease.y If you do not you MAY be taken off their records and be polite if you have to ring up. If you really think of it, the people there are human and care. NHS Dental care is getting hard to obtain. So treat them good and with dignity and respect and be patient or you are risking to be ejected and taken off the list.”

Has the patience of a saint (particularly when we ask him to explain things to us) and appears to work all hours (someone give him a raise). I am hard of hearing, this lady was polite, a beautifully spoken lady, she made an effort to look at me when communicating so I could see what she was saying too. Dr Fatima is brilliant, very intelligent and knowledgeable as well as a caring and compassionate person. Dr Fatima fixed my broken filling and had my teeth all sparkling clean in no time and I went out there with a big smile on my face. “Went to see hygienist,first time seeing Lorriane and Christina for my clean today They both made me feel at ease, Lorriane explained everything she was going to do, explained what's happening to my gums and teeth and gave great advice on how to help keep my teeth as long as possible. Even when I admitted to not doing my teeth cleaning as well as I should she never made me feel bad just encouraged me to improve best I could. No pictures but I am waiting on a travel case for all my different inerdental brushes to do wherever I am :-)”

“I can’t recommend Phil enough. He’s been walking our dog Winnie for several years now, and our beloved Treacle before that. Winnie is always up at the window in the morning waiting for her bestie, or uncle Phil as he is affectionately known in our household. When he’s here she’ll bark then go zooming out to him, helping herself into his car most times, tail going like the clappers. She always has the most fun and although she loves dunking and getting into anything gross and dirty, Phil makes sure she comes back to us in a reasonable state!”
