Shiva always dealt with me as visited for skin care, she suggested micro needling, hydra facial and some effective injectable vitamins. I went for micro needling and vitamin C it’s effective for my skin condition as I have dark spot and hyperpigmentation. Good services and impressive results. “Been with Stephen for 27 years, never an issue. Always been happy with the service from the team. Financially, there is never an issue with paying a few days later, and the appointments are always on time. I've been known to ring with an issue of broken teeth on one day around lunchtime, and been there either later that day or first thing the day after. “I started therapy with Thriving Young Minds in April, with my first session being the first time I had left the house all year. I’m writing this now having just done my last session in August, and it’s safe to say that I’ve made a huge amount of progress with my anxiety. I worked with Adele, who was really nice and helped me make a scale which I could gradually work on week by week. I agreed to set myself a goal after every session, and was given confidence and reassurance that I could achieve what I set out to do. I also spoke about other issues I’ve had with identity and understanding emotions, and I was given validation on everything that I brought up. I learned that it is okay to be experiencing some of the feelings that I have, which has helped to take a lot off my mind. It’s also worth noting that the general atmosphere and environment of the room I was in during my sessions was lovely and I felt safe at all times. Deciding to go here for therapy turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. In fact, I look forward to my appointments - and so do my, now adult, children - thanks to the care we received here. I am guilty of forgetting an appointment and having to cancel at short-notice and have never encountered an issue or been made to feel guilty. I have always been treated with respect and understanding (mind you, I’m always polite and never entitled). Staff are always polite, respectful and friendly and are great communicators.
