“From first walking in the door there is a relaxed atmosphere in the lovely, bright waiting room. Helpful and pleasantly chatty receptionists, reassuring and knowledgeable nurses (Lisa is very comforting), hygienists who take the time to explain what and why they are doing something, giving me a mirror to watch how I need the correct procedures to continue my treatment at home....and what can I say about Dr Mo....no wonder this practice has won so many awards. He talked me through everything he planned to do, answering any questions considerately, in easy to understand language and instils confidence in this previously nervous patient. I applaud this practice 100%. I always know how long the appointments will last and how much I will need to pay. Thank you for returning my confidence to smile and even though I no longer live in the area I have no qualms about travelling to this practice to ensure continuity and it's nice to be recognised as a returning patient.”

She always puts me at ease and although I didn’t need treatment today , when I do she is excellent. I went there yesterday they changed my tires and fixed a puncture for a very good price, and even topped up my oil and screen wash for free. The owners are incredibly nice and make sure every customer is happy – they even offered me a drink and chatted with everyone who came in, creating a really friendly atmosphere. I have always been treated with respect and understanding (mind you, I’m always polite and never entitled). Staff are always polite, respectful and friendly and are great communicators.
