He was on his own on the shop floor and it was really busy, but he handled everything amazingly – calm, polite, and courteous with every customer. Even under pressure, he took the time to help me properly, made sure everything fit well, and gave great advice. Really helpful and patient throughout. Sham is a real asset to Next and definitely deserves some recognition from the management team. Thanks again for the great service!”

“~1115 hours Sunday 16/02/25 Excellent Customer Service I rang this store on 3 separate occasions, with 3 different female staff members answering the phone promptly on first ring. All ladies took details of my request and went away to check my request/stock levels etc. unfortunately my call line kept disconnecting. However the 3rd lady I spoke with explained they had spoken with each other and left a message for me explaining they did attempt to recall me but were unable to do so, the product I requested was not in stock and advised me how to contact Adidas Customer Service Centre. I would like to thank all 3 ladies for their excellent customer service, pleasant telephone manners and expert knowledge, I know one of the ladies was a Manager in the store and will be able to highlight and pass on my thanks to her team members.
