Unlike other stores they treat each person separately and while you are packing they say take your time. I saw a lovely lady on july 2nd on self scan. I was going to buy an Oral B toothbrush priced at £100.00 but with your nectar card it was only £45.00. This I was shocked at, I also bought other goods which I needed and saved a fortune. Despite the store being clearly understaffed and a constant stream of Deliveroo orders coming in, Joe remained calm, patient, and professional throughout. It did take a bit longer than usual to get my order, but it was clear the delay wasn’t his fault – he was handling a lot on his own. Joe made sure to greet every customer politely, took time to get each order right, and didn’t let the pressure affect his service.
