“Great to see the contemporary dance performance 'shed' by the Northern Rascals dance company at the Partington. Such a great performance dealing with timeless issues in a contemporary way in a performance which really spoke to me. Wonderful to have touring acts perform at this venue (let's bring more if we can!) as well as traditional theatre performances by the players.”

“Upon entering the atmosphere was great, very polite and friendly, the small appetiser that me and friend shared was really good, the food was really delicious, flavourful, wasn’t cold or undercooked, the dessert was super light but had really good flavour across all layers of the lemon cheesecake. “Collected a takeaway whilst staying in Padfield for a few days. We had onion Bahji starter with a Lamb Rogan Josh and Lamb Jalfrezi, with rice and naans. Food was excellent. Really tasty and the portions were very generous. A curry and rice would definitely serve 2 people on average. Nice place, friendly staff and great overall experience. Many Thanks.”

“A lovely little local pub serving great food. Nice decor and relaxing atmosphere. Dogs are made a fuss of and very welcome. The Sunday Roast is the best in the area.
