“Just took back my blood pressure monitor which I had for 24 hrs . The gentleman that fitted this was quietly spoken but very polite and kind . Very happy with the process he told me everything I needed to know and in the end my blood pressure was normal so I'm happy I didn't have to wait for the results he told me there and then. Asda had over a week waiting list and rude staff on the phone .I would definitely recommend this pharmacy .Thank you for being so kind . This pharmacy is opposite Monarch medical centre don't get confused with the one near Radcliffe medical centre they are so different in the way they give you the wrong prescription and not happy and pleasent.”

“Ben is absolutely amazing. We contacted him to do house visits with our 1.8 month old dog and our puppy as we were at work. Ben came every single day and spent a good while with our dogs, he kept us updated consistently and sent us pictures of our doggos. One time our puppy made a mess with the toilet paper and he was kind enough to tidy up. He has walked them and has helped with our older dog who is a bit barky with other dogs. You can tell he loves and understands dogs and it's reciprocal. Our older dog is very nervous around people and he took time to build up her trust. She now loves him and approaches him enthusiastically. Would 100% recommend him. He's extremely professional as he takes care of both yours and your dogs needs and is very flexible.”

“Great service, good people. Will offer good advice and referrals. They can be a bit busy in terms of how much they have on, so don't expect a next day appointment, but it's worth the wait. “I only add reviews when I strongly feel the need to share - i cant lie and say that i have always had a great service at monarch but i have been really impressed recently with the service i have been receiving and thats down to 2 of the team - Dr Nisha and Nurse Ruth!! What an absolute pleasure it has been to have had Dr Nisha for my recent consultations, she is the first Dr in years to actually listen and make me feel heard!! I will not be seeing anyone else! And likewise for Ruth she listens, is friendly, and always a pleasure to see, she always makes my day! Please do not let either of these amazing women leave!!
