“I use the Well Pharmacy in Elliot Street, Dunfermline, Fife, Scotland next to my Nethertown Surgery. I have found the pharmacy staff more helpful than the surgery itself. I put this down to the pharmacist named Colin, don't know his surname. What I have noticed is how friendly and helpful everyone is since this lovely chap Colin has been there. I have had a couple of occasions where I asked for his help and advice and was very impressed. I know staff change from time to time, but I would hate to see Colin move on elsewhere as it is the first time in a long time that someone has impressed me on such a professional but friendly manner. Please take stock of my comments, it is not often that I take the time to say anything, but I do where it truly merits it. Thank you”

“I had never heard of this pharmacy before but when my normal chemist wouldn’t order the district nurses’ prescription as there was a word missing, they used this service.I spoke to Mukaram and he made sure all my dressings were delivered before anyone else’s prescription. Fantastic service and Mukaram is so friendly, helpful and polite. I would recommend them to anyone.”

“I am a student midwife and my uniform was very big and ill fitting. I went here and asked if they would alter my uniform to make it more fitting, and that I needed it in a timely manner and within 2 days it was done! I picked it up and all the alterations are amazing. They tapered, hemmed and brought the waist in perfectly! I also asked them to wash it whilst it was there and its come out brill. I will 100% be using these again in the future! Thank you!”

“Big store with reasonable prices. There are lots of cheap snacks such as cakes, crisps, nuts, biscuits etc. Good choice for students or those who want to save money. However, I could not find trolleys. There were only some medium sized baskets.”

“Brilliant shop, but it went downhill for a time. The freezers were empty, so I stopped using it, I started going to Urmston, and the shop was packed out. The freezers were full, so that was my new go-to, so I thought I would give Eccles another try and guess what a new manager was in town and the shop was packed with great freezer products. “I never knew looking for outdoor wear and equipment could be so thrilling! I'm more of a cruise kind of person but decided this year to take a risk and go camping in the Lake District - needless to say when it came to buying some stuff for the trip I was well out my depth! Fortunately I was aided by a lovely young girl with long black hair, I think her name was Charlotte or Chelsea. She had the real demeanor of a helpful young business salesperson . “I went for a gait analysis today at runners need, we just turned up not realising they did actually have an appointment system, their next appointment wasn’t until later that day and the shop wasn’t busy at the time we went in so the guy happily did the gait analysis. I have never had one before and wasn’t sure what to expect apart from running on a treadmill, the guy who did the analysis was very knowledgeable and very thorough, he was very helpful and I felt confident he knew what he was talking about and felt confident enough to take his advice!! As it turns out I have been running in shoes that are 1.5 sizes too small, hence all the problems I have been having! I wanted to leave this review as there are so many bad ones and had I read these before I probably wouldn’t have gone there. Don’t be put off by all the bad reviews!!!”
