The till layout is a bit strange but it's never been hugely busy when I have visited so no issues. As for the chain itself, I appreciate the free delivery for items over a certain price, the prices of things are very competitive and I've once had reason to contact customer support due to my own mistake with an order and found them very helpful.”

But, one clearly wasn’t fazed that I’d been there for quite some time and carried on talking, the other person was multi-tasking. My shout out would be for Ryan in the Men’s trainers section. I didn’t tell him I couldn’t get served. But, he got me the trainers and was helpful whilst delivering a great service, even though he was serving someone else. It certainly helped towards the shopping experience.”
