“A real old fashioned Irish pub with great history which makes for brilliant atmosphere and good crack, there's even claims that its the oldest pub in Ireland. It also holds Whiskey tasting from local distilleries which must be book in advance due to its demand. Highly recommend this wee pub.”

“We stayed two nights (Autumn Dinner Bed and Breakfast package) in a beautiful clean, quiet room. Breakfast and dinner menu offered plenty of options. Each of our meals was nicely presented and tasty. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and chatty. Special thanks to Catriona in the dining room who pleasantly tolerated and met our requests. ☺️”

“We finally stopped in here for breakfast, and my only complaint is that it took us so long to try it. I had the granola pot and a flat white, the berries were delicious and fresh, yoghurt was creamy but the show stealer was the homemade granola! It had a hint of cinnamon and was just great. My partner had the brioche and he was very impressed. We had two traybakes and two scones to take away, and everything was excellent. Already looking at their instagram to decide what we will try next time. Also to top it off - service was great too! Really enjoyed everything, thank you!”

“Went to this place last week for a coffee. I have to say it was thee best coffee I have ever tasted. The guy that owns this place is an absolute gentleman and deserves a lot of credit for opening this coffee hub for his community. Get yourselves down to try this place out, you will not regret it!!”

“Fabulous little gem of a pet shop. We came across it by accident but spent about £40 on dog food and treats. Money well spent. They have dog and cat food, animal bedding and toys and we also got some pigs ears and chicken feet as treats for our dogs. Lovely friendly staff as well.”

“A part of my heart automatically craves for Butter Chicken every time I step into an Indian restaurant and Sitar absolutely delivered. Rich flavour, comfortable atmosphere, and service so friendly it’s impossible not to smile. A full 10/10 experience! “Called in here after we were unable to get a booking anywhere near by on Easter Sunday (we started off on the Strangford side) We were able to walk in and get a table for 4 - the food was absolutely incredible and really fairly priced for the quality. “This place is incredible. The menu is unbelievable... The menu iis what you would hope for at a great place to eat, but it is a takeaway... ... Although as a takeaway there are also a few bar stools to sit on to eat inside and a couple of Tables outside. The food is absolutely delicious. Wonderful wonderfulwonderful. As an example of the attention to detail we had some goats cheese with beetroot. The beetroot was delicious, and there were at least two or three different types of beetroot. All delicious.”

I've been a few times now after first trying their food at a weekend at Dolly's Farm and each time has been a great experience. The staff are pleasant and friendly The café is spacious and cozy, great selection of foods and drinks. All food is delicious, generous portions and well priced. I cannot fault anything and look forward to my next visit.”

“Very yummy food brought out by a very pleasant staff. Ordered a smashed avocado with an extra egg during my lunch break and it came out quickly despite the lafge number of customers. I was also able to take it away which was extremly handy. Couldn't reccomend more.”
