“I think my Jill and I must be attending a different surgery! Since the appointment system (face to face) has been reinstated we have nothing but praise in our own particular circumstances for all the staff at this surgery. We have both had fairly serious health problems ( my wife Jill more than me) and all Doctors in my case Natasha Umrao and for Jill Dr Onimole & Dr Munir all have been amazing in their kind and humanitarian way and looked after our interests to the maximum. I will say utilising the Anima Health app ( which does take a bit of getting used to) does make contact and management of appointments a lot easier. And again from a personal point of view - a big shout out for all the reception staff and nurses who have always been so kind to us.”
