“Such a great stay for the night, the staff are so welcoming and lovely! The room we stayed in was lovely too, nice and warm with a cute tea and coffee station. Included all the necessities however no body wash or shampoos (not a big deal if you bring your own). The pub is attached to the building and the atmosphere is great. Overall lovely place for a lovely price!”

“Stayed here one night while on business in the area. Room was fantastic bed was very comfy and the shower was brilliant. Check was excellent the lady there was very helpful. Car park is very small and if you’re not careful you will get blocked in, just bear it in mind. Can imagine it gets rowdy at the weekend as it bang in the centre, but mid week was fine and I slept well.”

Also advocate a men's mental health night once a month which is great for the community, staff are really nice and accommodating and drinks promotions are pretty good too.”

“Fireworks Display 2025 What an amazing venue. From the moment we got there. we knew that we woudl be looked after. Ample Car Parking and space, which lead us to the front door where we were warmly greeted and had our tickets checked. Then we went round to an amazing garden to be greeted by an amazing bonfire, which was still to be lit, with and outside DJ playing some proper bonfire tunes. The area was totally sealed off so the kids ( 8 and 10) could play on the swings or just wander around with no issues. The kids were that impressed with the BBQ that they both had 2 cheese burgers each. Pricing was great (both in the bar and on the BBQ). The bar staff were very friendly and even when it was super busy at the bar, maintained a warm smile for all they greeted. The fireworks went off at the time planned and was fantastically choreographed with the crescendo being quite spectacular and with a great timeframe that kept all the kids and adults alike transfixed to the night sku. Thank you Lee and the Team and we will def be back next year.. with friends!”
