She's so good at breaking the moves down in a way that you can understand. I love the routines that we get to learn during the courses, they're always a lot of fun. The atmosphere is lovely and I felt welcomed from my very first class. The group of ladies who do the class are amazing! I can genuinely say that going to Pole on Tuesdays is always one of the highlights of my week.
