“Absolutely amazing. Cannot fault the customer service here, especially Sophie. My car had so many issues since purchase, and this was my first MOT since I bought the vehicle. No issues were disclosed when I bought the car but Sixfields Autocentre picked them up immediately, and fixed them all within 3 days. They updated me throughout the 3 days to let me know what was happening and when my car would be ready. There was a delay in the repair process but I was kept informed by Sophie who was extremely apologetic about the inconvenience, and explained why there was a delay. Cannot thank all the staff enough for being so kind and helpful during a stressful time. Definitely will be returning!”

Brian answered and I couldn't of been happier, he went above and beyond to get me in as soon as possible even though he had a lot of pre booked work. When I arrived he gave me an idea of what was needed doing and a timescale the work would be completed. He gave me a courtesy car and I was on my way. “Once you can get by the receptionist a very rude woman who thinks it's her job too keep you out of the surgery it's a Very busy Dr's practice at times only two wheelchair accessible places located at the side of the building you may have to park in the street at peak times this can be a distance to walk for someone with mobility problems, the practice has a dispensary, so you can pick up your medication on site. staff and doctors are working hard to keep everyone safe. now running a Saturday surgery AM -14:00 to help the workload through the week”

I can't see any reason why I'd stop using the garage in the future either.”
