“Had a lovely portion of chips and curry sauce, absolutely the best Chinese curry sauce in town. The service received was an absolute delight, the lady who served us was so sweet and friendly and even if the food hadn't been as good as it was that treatment is definitely worth returning for!! Can't wait for the remodeling to be done so we can come back for a full sit in meal.”

“Great corner store. Stocks loads of spices, more unusual veg, pulses, rices, flours, breads, frozen food, and condiments used in Indian cookery. This is a family run store run by generations within it. Helpful and friendly. Highly recommended for a small but packed store.”

“Last night I ordered some egg fried rice, crispy shredded chicken salt and chilli with also a chicken chow mein. I was told by a friend to order from Ocean. First time ordering here is my quick honest review. The food was immaculately curated with such care eating the food immediately made me want to order from the takeaway again. “We last came a few years ago and it was horrendous. This visit couldn't have been more different! Every single member of staff was polite, friendly, helpful, patient and informative. We didn't feel rushed. My elderly Dad was brought a chair when he needed to sit down to finish his drink. My personal highlight was being informed when the people who had ordered carvery should go up, because the rest of the food was coming. The music wasn't too loud, there were clean plates all round - the food was brilliant! The drink and mains discount were the icing on the cake. We love you have a dog friendly section too! There's only one tiny thing I could suggest on improving on, and that's that the glasses for the water opposite the carvery all looked dirty/water marked, but that's being picky. We'll definitely be back, and bringing our rescue dog too! 10/10!”
