“Fritos is the sort of chicken place we needed - clean, funky and with good quality chicken. However : - mistakes/miscommunication definitely occur, so be very clear with what you're ordering. Also be prepared to have your patience tested a little. - when we went there was no water. They fixed this by giving us extra chicken. The food is great, establishment is lovely, therefore I'm not going to deduct any stars, but I'll bear the two points above in mind when I go next time.”

“A great Starbies in a great location. We’ve been here a few times, and the drinks have always been excellent. Occasionally, at the weekend (around lunchtime), there’s a little wait for drinks, but nothing excessive. A good variety of hot and cold snacks too!”

“This is our regular big shop location but this week I was extra impressed. I lost an earphone under the shelves and couldn’t reach. Charlie was so helpful getting straight down on the floor and digging it out for me. This was Fri 28/11 about 8:45pm. Massive thank you Charlie!”

“The male server was petulant when I pointed out that I wanted an on premises coffee and not a take out and they had already done a take out. It would have been easy enough to tip it into a different cup but it was poured away and a fresh one made with obvious irritation. The ambiance was OK.”

I either have donner kebab or Pizza, food comes hot extremely tasty, payment is quick and easy, delivery is prompt and service exceptional and I look forward to my Friday night takeaways for many years to come. “Came in yesterday, didn’t have the best of days and felt down. Talking to a member of the bar staff Amy really helped this was the first time I’ve met her as I haven’t been able to leave the house for a couple of months, she was polite and even offered to take my drinks to my table. Food was also cooked very nice, all of my friends came here previously and recommended the new menu so I had to give it ago, I tried the big melt burger, best burger I’ve had in ages, defo will come again and try the new Christmas menu.”

“New unit on Kettering Business Park.now open with the usual costa fair this store is set out with powerpoint and USB outlets at most of the outer edge tables disabled access toilets are available to the rear of the store with a outside seating and table area at the front door. with drive thru for passing motorist off the A509/A14 to kettering town center. surprisingly not a really busy café due to another Costa only across the way in tesco tho on some days staff say that it can be very busy only one mobility parking bay outside the store”

What I think is wrong with the shop is it need to be more clear with the prices and they need to stop changing the prices on things and the family are really nice but some times they look at you you like your rubbish and sometimes rude but there most of the times lovely.
