This was a comprehensive and thorough process which gave us confidence. Softley offered access to a huge showroom where we could browse and identify units and appliances which best suited our purposes and importantly our budget. Fitting was arranged separately with Stephen Love - Rushden Plumbing Services, and took three weeks… a little longer than originally anticipated. All went smoothly. We found the price to be very competitive, we are very pleased with the finished product. The quality is excellent.
