“I did write a quite poor review about a member of staff a few weeks ago ( i unfortunately did not get her name just her attitude )!! SO I now have to write a new one for the complete opposite reason. I was fortunate enough to get a very pleasant young lady Janharna ( I think ) directing customers to self checkout or for any returns etc to go to a member of staff on the tills. I had several requests which were all handled easily & with good knowledge from Janharna. Firstly I had items to return, I had new items to purchase & also asked if they did a short leg in some trousers I had taken to the checkout with me. I was kindly instructed to return & purchase my items at a manned checkout & then Janharna said she would help me to look on line through the app to check if the trousers were available in a short leg. Whilst I was at the tills several other customers were directed by Janharna. Very efficient knowledgeable friendly & able member of staff you have there, you need to make sure you keep her!! Satisfied customer.”

Tim listened to our ideas and took note of our needs and plans for this room. He discussed layouts in detail and helped us to arrive at a beautiful and practical design. This was a comprehensive and thorough process which gave us confidence. Softley offered access to a huge showroom where we could browse and identify units and appliances which best suited our purposes and importantly our budget. Fitting was arranged separately with Stephen Love - Rushden Plumbing Services, and took three weeks… a little longer than originally anticipated. All went smoothly. We found the price to be very competitive, we are very pleased with the finished product. The quality is excellent.
