“Top notch warehouse staff who can get to the grips with the concept of time. Arrived early but straight on a bay and tipped in record time. 22 pallets and 30 minutes turn around. A warehouse who takes a pride in what they do and strive to be efficient. Maybe a few global companies should adopt a few lessons from here. Great tip.”

“My wife Linda and I have stayed many times at the Swan and always found it a pleasure. Linda is waiting for a hip operation and finds it very difficult to get comfortable in bed. Consequently she often has to sleep in a chair. We stayed two nights recently and when we mentioned this to the housekeping staff they went out of their way to help, They brought other chairs from elsewhere in the hotel, provided an extra duvet and suggested ways of making Linda comfortable. Thank you very much to them all.”
