On Friday 25th September I needed an urgent prescription for dressings for a leg ulcer, unfortunately my surgery had not forwarded the correct prescription to the chemist. I explained my problem to Tina, one of the staff, and also the the young man who was working preparing the prescriptions. They immediately came up with an alternative dressing which was perfect. I was quite stressed about this and also concerned but their actions solved the problem and left me with a stress free weekend. “Had a wonderful experience with store manager Linda today when walking in around 5-10 minutes before closing time. I had an order to collect and no staff were available in the click&collect area due to close-down duties. On the way out I noticed a member of staff (Linda) and asked if there's any chance to still retrieve my order, she was incredibly warm and explained the staff absence due to the closing down of the store and assisted me despite the time (which had hit 6pm by that point!). Leaving today's pleasant experience aside, the store is always very well stocked and clean, I've always received great service and have been very satisfied. Would wholeheartedly recommend.”
