“Quick update: The foot traffic this pharmacy has might be huge and has impacted their delivery of medication on a few occasions, based on this, despite their kindness and genuine support, had to relocate. This update does not impact my initial review, as they do their best. (end of edit) Every time I've called this pharmacy, Ive received a pleasant person on the other side! My Flabber is gasted at the poor reviews as this has not been our experience at all! I think one needs to bear in mind that NOT every patient is sunshine and rainbows, and that patients tend to have Very high expectations of those who serve others, whilst NOT meeting their OWN high standards themselves! (Likewise, the same can be true for professionals) This is A gentle reminder to give GRACE to those who serve others, as they are all doing their best, so that we all can have the best. The place is extremally easy to find and there is plenty of parking space arround. Treatment room looks neat, cosy and clean. “I think my Jill and I must be attending a different surgery! Since the appointment system (face to face) has been reinstated we have nothing but praise in our own particular circumstances for all the staff at this surgery. We have both had fairly serious health problems ( my wife Jill more than me) and all Doctors in my case Natasha Umrao and for Jill Dr Onimole & Dr Munir all have been amazing in their kind and humanitarian way and looked after our interests to the maximum. I will say utilising the Anima Health app ( which does take a bit of getting used to) does make contact and management of appointments a lot easier. And again from a personal point of view - a big shout out for all the reception staff and nurses who have always been so kind to us.”
