We were shown why the shoes were seconds and there were no pushy sales tactics, which is rare nowadays! We were allowed to shop in our own time, but there was someone there to help if needed. We visited the shop on a Saturday afternoon. The tall, young Asian gentleman (I am so sorry that I forgot his name) was very helpful and polite. He really knew his stuff when it came to sizes and styles etc. We were so grateful of his help. We both usually struggle to find shoes that fit due to having wide feet- no issues at all with Cheaneys! The shop has recently been refurbished and looks good. The photos on the wall of the staff who actually make the shoes was a very nice touch. I think we forget just how skilled they must be.”
