Once fitted another team member arrived to inspect the installation and asked whether I was satisfied with the finish! Which of course I was! She helped me find the perfect shoe which compliments my dress and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. She’s very lovely, kind, patient and knows what she’s talking about. I am so happy with the shoes and clutch I have purchased and have even been able to get them quickly before my graduation date which other shops weren’t able to do. If the colour isn’t what you want, there is an option to have them custom dyed (but this takes about a week more). She’s very accommodating and happy to help! Highly recommend this shop I’m definitely coming back when I need more dress shoes. :-)”
