“Bought a kitchen in 2020, and today we had to replace the washing machine so we went to the store without appointment as the brackets did not align with the new washer and wanted some advice. Nothing too much trouble and UK Kitchen re drilled the holes. No waiting and no cost. What a brilliant service. Thankyou.”

“First visit here today while visiting the cathedral. Had a great value all day breakfast that included 2 slices of toast and a hot drink. Service was efficient and friendly and food good quality and plentiful.”

“We visited here after taking a look around Lanes Open Farm. For drinks we decided to go for a hot chocolate & a Mocha, which were served with digestive biscuits, which is a first for me, as most places tend to supply the lotus biscuits. For food we went for a sage & onion sausage roll, warmed up of course, in which our daughter loved! We also had a banoffee waffle, & a Poppys Unicorn Sundae. Both desserts we were perfect, & better than expected.”

“Dunelm have just recently revamped their store in Ilkeston and made an absolutely fabulous job. The store is now so light and airy, with lots of household bargains. The best thing is that they have made a cafe in the store and it us absolutely brilliant. The food is good quality and very reasonable, service is quick. The staff are so polite, helpful, and professional. They have named their cafe Pause.”

“came here for brunch with friends, between us we tried both the vegetarian and vegan breakfasts, as well as hot and iced lattes. was very impressed by the range of dishes offered and the way that the vegan and veggie dishes didn’t just seem like an afterthought. very reasonably priced - full English with a coffee for £11 a head and not lacking on quality or portion size either!! coffee was great too, and we were told that it’s from a local roaster too which is great. Staff were very polite and friendly and it’s just so nice to find another cosy spot that is reasonably priced and caters to everyone!!!”

“Not quite sure what the lady is on about saying the staff chatted amongst themselves and they was the only one in the shop so left and said the staff are rude … personally I hate it when you go in a shop and the staff pounce on you .. the staff here are great and so helpful when trying to make returns now it’s changed .. think the previous lady is the one with the issue … ask if you need help .. they would help !
