“Thank you to all at Kitchen Station for their heroic labour in doing two bathrooms and kitchen in an old and complicated house. The kitchen in particular was quirky and challenging. Claire was very patient working with us on the design as it evolved and changed. We are really, really, pleased with the results and it has been a pleasure working with Craig, Matt and all the others who contributed. They were always cheerful and dealt pragmatically with issues and problems as they arose - and without making a drama out of a crisis. All very much appreciated and we can strongly recommend them to anyone looking to re-do kitchen or bathroom,”

“Fabulous service from Shaun at B&Q Meir on 14th August 3025 who helped cut some wood to the size so I could put shelves in my small shed. He was most helpful and polite and I came home and fitted them perfectly. I didn’t have the right equipment at home to cut the wood myself so appreciated the help. Many thanks again Shaun”

“This is just to say a huge thank you to Ryan and Dec from Talke Pits B and Q, who went several extra miles when I came in asking for a discontinued charger to keep my McAllister screwdriver charging. My company teaches plumbing workshops to kids and without their help thirty ten-year-old children would have been without tools tomorrow. Dec searched high and low for the one remaining charger for a McAllister screwdriver (they’re now micro USB but I needed the old barrel type for my eight screwdrivers) until Ryan had the bright idea of checking INSIDE the power tool display. Lo and behold the right type was found and now I can teach my class. Thank you so much B and Q, these guys really pushed the boat out for me, and kept our B and Q purchases running a little longer. Much appreciated from me and the kids!”

“Ordered our sofas from this store and we had the great pleasure of being served by James. James was absolutely incredible & his knowledge of every range, what the sofas are made out of and the aftercare is commendable. James was super patient with us (we were in the store for nearly 5 hours) he drew designs & our living room layout on his iPad to really help us visualise what the sofas would look like. James also has an incredible ability of mental maths so really helped us to understand how the sofas would fit & how much room we’d have either side etc. He also wasn’t afraid to say his opinion about weather he thought the sizing would look right (as we were thinking about a bigger sofa) - it’s a good job we listened to James as his expertise was right and a bigger one wouldn’t have fitted right. He also explained how in his spare time he researches ‘what’s on trend’ which actually have us the great idea of using our footstool (from the Oscar range) as a display table too. James is really passionate about what he does & made our experience so much easier! We now have two lovely sofas & a footstool from the Oscar range that fits perfectly into our living room and we’re very pleased! A huge thank you- James”

“Really impressive design and selection process with a lot of options available. Tom was really helpful & presented us with options to work with both to match our taste and ideas. The kitchen itself is beautiful, fantastic quality. The team were on hand when there were queries with the fit (we used an independent fitter). Overall really happy with the whole experience and we now enjoy being in kitchen! The before and after pictures speak for themselves!”

“I have ordered specific shelves for gaming systems in the rack of my theater. Without fail, every single product fits the indented system PERFECTLY. Like a custom made home theater shelf. I live in Maryland in the United States and the shipping was surprisingly fast. Like a buddy flew home with it over the weekend fast. “I took my road bike in to have a service which included bottom bracket change , new drive train and tyres ready for the winter rides . “I visited today to collect a number plate which I had ordered online. A very polite young man made up the plate for me. He was very efficient and capable, unfortunately I did not get his name. While I was being dealt with a young lady named Melanie was dealing with an elderly gentleman who needed a refund. She received some loud comments from a woman in the queue who took exception to Melanie asking the gentleman the necessary questions required for a refund. The woman said she would complain. I found it uncomfortable for Melanie who was doing her job and embarrassing for the elderly gentleman who asked for a refund. Melanie behaved impeccably and professionally and dealt with the situation very well. I returned later as agreed to have the plate fitted. It was Melanie who fitted the plate and she did it perfectly and was very efficient and capable. My experience in store today was very pleasant because of Melanie and the young man who made my plate.”

We was out of area but had seen some great deals on the page we explained our budget and the fact we had a dog and a toddler so we needed something that was suitable for them. We was given a great deal and our sofas where delivered in 48 hours as well as assembled for a small charge due to travel.
