“Went for lunch. The cafe was busy but managed to get a table for 3 of us. Lovely views infront of the glass floor to ceiling windows of the surrounding area. Prices are quite high, however this outweighed by the quality and selection of the food. I had quiche of the day which came with a plate full off salad and pasta with a door wedge size of quiche. Well worth the money! Good selection of drinks available with a promot service. The selection of cakes are definitely tempting as well. Will definitely pay another visit l.”

“Can't fault the food or service. The pricing is significantly lower than some of the other venues in the surrounding villages. £23 for a Cheddar Ploughman's platter, Chilli & Rice, and two teas. I feel this would be pushing £30 elsewhere. It's all good.”

“Despite being really busy they managed to seat us at a comfortable table. They advised was going to be 30 mins which we were happy at, and it was pretty much bang on 30 mins when it arrived and it was well worth the wait. The staff were very pleasant and food was spot on. “We visited here on Saturday 1st December to hear some live music. Have to say it's so good to see a "real pub" that's doing well as a pub! The crowd was lively - mixed ages which is nice to see - and the beer was good and well priced. Certainly will be visiting again when up in the area.”
