Alison went above and beyond to get them in store for me! They even recognised me as I was walking across the car park some time later - to update me on progress! Followed by a telephone call when they arrived. When I explained that I was going away for a fortnight - Gayle was very helpful stating that they would put my name on them ready for my return - and wished me a lovely trip. “Great place to visit if you like spending time browsing, not once were we approached or bothered by the staff, even though it was fairly quiet when we visited. You will spend a fair bit of time in the upstairs antiques area, as there is something there for everyone, and prices from a few bob to whatever you fancy. They do have a lift to different floors, and there are a few eating areas.”

“Dunelm have just recently revamped their store in Ilkeston and made an absolutely fabulous job. The store is now so light and airy, with lots of household bargains. The best thing is that they have made a cafe in the store and it us absolutely brilliant. The food is good quality and very reasonable, service is quick. The staff are so polite, helpful, and professional. They have named their cafe Pause.”
