“Been coming to this particular facility for the last 3 - 4 years to use the gym, the choice of equipment is good; from machines to free weights, also some more functional training equipment in the DOSE studio. The equipment in the cardio studio upstairs is a little bit dated, however it's usually pretty easy to get on to whatever you need. People are generally friendly and helpful, and there are a good few regulars that use the gym at the times I'm there (mornings), so it kind of makes it a social experience. It can get a little busy at certain times, for example when the physios are there on Fridays.”

“All 3 of my children have attended bearcare over the years... Dating back to 2001 when our journey with the nursery first began... Now, having 2 granddaughters who started their nursery chapter in 2021, exactly 20 years after our journey first began, who absolutely love attending nursery.... both girls having grown in confidence, developed very good social skills, built fabulous relationships with all staff, especially their key workers Michelle and Rosanna, whom are two of the staff members that originally cared for my own children and now caring for my grandchildren... which is absolutely priceless, in my opinion, just goes to show how passionate these staff members are to still be working within this profession. And it certainly put my sons mind at rest knowing these ladies who cared so well for him, would be caring for his own children... And now with a third grandchild starting in January 2025, my daughter didn't even look at any other nursery establishment but decided straight away, this was the place for her knowing her nieces are thriving and love the setting just sealed the deal. Carlton and Gedling was a great nursery 25+ years ago and is just as fabulous now. Staff are very caring and attentive, are always willing to help and support you in any way they can... It's a rarerity now a days, having such long term staff. Even the younger generation workforce whom are there to work and train, are caring, attentive towards the children. And that's all you can ask of them. Bearcare, thank you for everything you have done for us in the past, and want to thank you for the here and now. Everything you do is for the children's best interests and we couldn't ask for anything more. You are all very much appreciated for all you do for the girls on a daily basis. “We had a wonderful time at the workshop. I attended with my friend as a gift for her 30th birthday. I was travelling from Australia and met my friend from the UK. They remained so flexible for us even when trains were cancelled. We practised on bronze rings before moving on to silver. The attention to detail and one-on-one learning made it a great workshop, we learnt lots and would definitely come back again. Thank you!!”

“As I work, study and workout from home, I wanted to try something new which was out of the house and I'm so glad I did. After researching many activities online, I narrowed it down to yoga and dance. There aren't many adult dance classes around, and the ones I found were kinda fancy and expensive. I just wanted to find somewhere welcoming, friendly and fun, and I definitely found that here. When I arrived I was greeted by multiple friendly faces, which was lovely as I was so nervous especially after not being around too many people since covid. The business owner and dance instructor were so full of beautiful and positive energy, and when I left the dance class I felt the best I have done in such a long time. I was energised, had a great workout and I actually signed up to the classes on an ongoing basis! Very excited to go back :)”
