Has was great in explaining the process clearly to me, including how he could source the gemstone I was looking for. He provided a good blend of suggestions from his experience, but ensuring that he listened to what I was looking for also. The whole process was smooth, and Has was very patient considering I was indecisive at times. He also happily re-sized the ring when it was too big at no extra cost. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a bespoke ring.”

She was helpful and supportive, and I never felt pressured at all - she absolutely wanted me to find the right ring. Because the ring was a surprise, the free resizing was really appreciated, especially as Erica managed to get a super quick turnaround on it so my fiancée could wear it ASAP! “The first time we came they only supplied coffee and cake, but now they offer lunches. Yay. The first thing that strikes me, it’s a lovely atmosphere. Nice and friendly staff and customers. It’s great to see they welcome laptop working and have a fair guide available to see. Encouragement for extended laptop working is upstairs with a nominal fee. Parking is available in the Broxtowe’s car park is opposite or if you can keep you visit time down to 30mins there is free street parking round the corner (we managed 35 mins and didn’t get a ticket). It is on the tram route with a stop just 2 mins up the road. The tomato soup with sourdough was lovely. The facilities are spacious and clean.”

“Excellent! I had received recommendations to come here and I'm so pleased I did. They are so very friendly, have great human and dog menu's. I had a toasties for lunch and it came with humour (or colslaw), crisps and a side salad. I was totally stuffed after all that and the food quality was excellent. The coffee is also delicious and strong but smooth. I really highly recommend coming to the Dog and Bear. Bring your doggies too.”

“I have a very old car. I love it. But it does come with issues. I have been taking it to Kam Servicing in Beeston, Nottingham, for 8-years. Each and every MOT/visit I always receive genuine advice and am spoken to like a person; not just a female, (some other garages have been funny with me as a female). Jim and Ash always will be happy to give you advice over the phone or in person. They’ve always been honest and told me when a light on the dash could be dangerous or if I can leave it for a few weeks. The pricing is always fair and they will always explain to you the breakdown of costs. Today I had a mechanic called Steve work on my car. He’s done a fantastic job, as all their mechanics always do. I cannot thank Kam Servicing Beeston enough. They always get me out of a spot. When I finally get a new car or move house, I will still bring my car to this garage.”

“Wonderful little gem of a cafe that we discovered by chance, friendly atmosphere and the lady who served us could not do enough for us. Lovely range of smoothies, milkshakes and frappes, including what was maybe the best vanilla frappe we’ve ever had! Also has a small range of menu options with the normal light lunch classics such as sandwiches, roasties, jacket potatoes etc, well priced, delicious with well-sized portions. “I love my mocha and I am picky with how it’s made, as the beverage I have influences my day. Entering Costa, I was greeted with a smile and immediately felt a genuine warmth from a gentleman by the name of Keron. I told him the specifics of my beverage and he also gave me recommendations to go for a combo which I did. The mocha was made to perfection and the milk was steamed to the right temperature and texture. The muffin was alright. I thanked Keron for his hospitality as this is how all customers would like to be treated. Products talks to itself, but the human touch is priceless and well done Keron, a great ambassador for Costa.”
