“We’ve just purchased our fourth and fifth items from here and we are over the moon! All the items we have purchased have been an absolute bargain and we are so pleased with all of them. We have loved the Cotswold Company for many years so we’re very excited when an outlet popped up so close to home. We did notice at our last visit that there was less on the shop floor, but it seems that it’s because so many people have discovered this hidden gem. We reserved some items that hadn’t been put out on the shop floor yet, we got a phone call a few days later and were able to collect this weekend. The staff were really helpful and lovely. “So. Mum needed a new mattress and went to the normal bed firms. Unfortunately, the mattress she bought and had delivered didnt fit the pine base at all and it was returned. Making her slightly distressed, as now she had no mattress at all. These guys came to the rescue, in particular Adam. After I ordered a mattress and got it delivered it too was slightly on the big size. Seeing that mums bed was not a standard size they measured the base and had one manufactured to size in just a few weeks. Mum expressed how helpfull and nice they were and how excellent the quality of the mattress is. We would recommend them to anyone that requires either bespoke or standard quailty furniture.
