“I bought some sandals that had broken after just 3 months. I took them back to Schuh in Whiteley, the young lady who served me could not have been more helpful. She made no fuss, found my original receipt on the till, gave me a replacement and a small refund as they had gone down in price. Excellent customer service, I will definitely shop there again. “Bought a suit another store (not new look) but the suit still had a anti theft tag on it, after speaking to the kind staff at the counter and showing them the receipt for proof of purchase they offered to help remove the tag saving hours of hastle returning to the original shop. “Just wanted to say how inclusive the staff are in this store. My son has additional needs and out of the blue it became very overwhelming, lost of people and sounds. The staff turned off the music as that was adding to the sensory overload, asked if some stickers would help (they did !!) And we're so calm and understanding about him taking items off the shelves and hangers ! He had a calm down in the really dimly lit changing room and was able to regulate, huge thank you to the staff for helping him and us parents feel accepted understood !”
