“Jack in the Box was the best place for my son, Aidan. He started at 2 with speech delays and food sensitivities, and thanks to the amazing teachers, he now eats anything and his speech has improved drastically. It was bittersweet when he graduated in September, but even though he loves his "big school," he still asks about his old friends and teachers. It’s clear that he has fond memories of his time there, and that speaks volumes about the positive impact this school has had on him. I highly recommend Jack In The Box for any child.”

“The team here are fabulous. They looked after us exceptionally well with both our pregnancies. Yes sometimes there are delays; but that’s always the case with any healthcare provider. I’d personally ignore the negative posts - no one is ever made to wait outside. There is an indoor waiting area. Also the Red Kite centre don’t issue you a map that’s the NHS in general - I’d be questioning the intelligence of some of those who post these ridiculous reviews. Such entitlement it’s astonishing”

“We had the lovely Agent Lucy look after us at our Escape Room adventure. We were welcomed at the entrance by Lucy and she was polite, smiling and made sure the group had a great experience. There was a slight issue with the bulb going so we were offered another room but the team decided to continue with the room using torches to see by instead. It made it harder but they all said how much fun it was. Will definitely come back to do another room, the team have even said they’d like to make sure Agent Lucy was the one running their room again.”

“I took my son here yesterday and David and his colleague were so accommodating. My son was a bit worried about dark and loud noises but they warned us when this would happen and kept on a little light. Hints were very good and welcomed without telling us the answers. The room was so well themed, clean and so much fun! Can’t wait to go back and try an other one! We did the pharaoh one! 5 stars - would recommend!”

“My 2 year old son and 7 year old niece enjoyed coming to play here together. It was something different from the usual softplay, I like the fact it was one free adult for each child entry. The food and drinks were reasonably priced. The place was clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside was the baby changing facilities being in the only mens toilet, could do with one in the ladies changing area. Hidden gem.”

The time of the session was perfect and we had to kings so we could sing happy birthday, then cur the cake while the children completed a final task!
