“Had exclusive hire for a party of 30 for a 6yr. Brilliant experience. The kids had a choice of food beforehand and on the day the staff worked tirelessly hard to keep both the children and parents serviced with food and drinks. They even cut up the cake for us, it's little touches like that, that makes them stand out from the others. Pricewise it was a winner too, cheaper than the ones around East Reading. Very secure during party time. Kids loved it, we added the disco to the package too. Takes place after the food, kids liked the glow sticks but then vanished off into the soft play not long after, not even a disco could compete with the draw of more soft play time. Very highly recommend.”

“Super helpful staff. I tried to book bowling for my son and his friends very last minute, as part of his birthday fun. The website was playing up and not allowing me to book. I tried to call, the line was always busy so I resorted to an email contact. Well, I received a response within minutes and then had someone call me. “We have been here a few times to bring our toddler to the soft play and he has always enjoyed himself and the cafe has fairly good coffee and variety of hot and cold food at a decent price too. Recently we booked the soft play for our three-year old's birthday party and had 16 children in the castle room. The party was great and the children had a brilliant time playing and everyone enjoyed the food. The communication before the party was clear and helpful and and on the day staff were friendly and polite and on hand when assistance was required. The best thing and the real difference maker was that we had two children in the party with food allergies, one of which was severe. The staff really went the extra mile before the party and on the day to ensure that they could provide these children with something to eat so that they felt included in the party. They also spoke to the parents and showed them the food packaging to give them peace of mind. Both sets of parents told me after how grateful they were for this and how they usually have to provide their own food or their child misses out and said how excited their children were that they got to join in with the food part of the party. “A wonderful nursery & preschool! Our daughter attended Bracknell BH from being in the baby room when she turned 1, and is now off to school aged nearly 5. She has absolutely loved her time here, and has never had a bad day. The garden is great, excellent food, lots of resources to play with and support with whatever she needs. Lastly, the staff are wonderful and are all so happy, with a very low staff turnover. Also so great to see two long term male staff members here! Management are great, always improving the setting and supporting their staff. We are sad to say goodbye as our daughter moves on to school, but recommend this setting to everyone.”
