“I should have done this review when I recieved my beautiful sofa back in June. However we had just moved in and time has run away with us. We were approached by a lovely lady called Mary, she was so helpful and informative. She made us feel welcome, made us coffee, sat down with all the samples. She was patient with me as it was taking me along time to pick a colour. The time that took the longest was the little machines they had to use kept stopping and she had to all the details over again. Anyway the delivery time was 12 weeks but I think it turned up a little earlier. We have communication all the way. It was a heavy sofa and it was up 2 flights of stairs. I was a bit miffed that my partner had to help as one delivery man refused to get out the van let alone lift it. I felt sorry for his colleague. But apart from that we had good service. And I absolutely love my Italian made sofa!”

Luckily, Lester at 11pm on the Friday night was working outside of hours and kind enough to quickly sort out the mistake on our part and put us on the right boat! He was courteous, quick, and efficient - his attitude to helping us so last minute (literally hours before the event) is a testament to the company's commitment to ensure everything goes smoothly.
