“For more than 4 years I have had arthritic pain in my knees which has greatly impacted my mobility and general day to day activities. Anisha has been fantastic from the moment I met her. She listened, fully examined my legs and movement and then gave me a couple of really simple daily exercises. Following the exercise plan, my knee pain & stiffness has gone.
